This host checks whether email addresses can receive mail, for customers of the Touchmark email verification API.
It connects to the mail server that a domain's MX records name, introduces itself
as probe.touchmark.dev, asks whether one address would be accepted, and disconnects.
It never sends a message: it stops before the DATA command.
The checks are paced: at most two connections to one mail server at a time, at least two seconds apart, under a daily limit for the whole service.
